Priority Income Fund Declares Bonus Distributions

NEW YORK, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Priority Income Fund, Inc. ("Priority Income Fund" or the "Fund") announced today that its board of directors has declared a bonus distribution of $0.08888 per share of common stock. This is the thirteenth consecutive quarter that Priority has declared a bonus distribution. The bonus distribution is payable on or around April 3, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2017. This bonus distribution is independent from monthly distributions, which are declared separately.
