Priority Income Fund Declares Bonus Distributions

NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Priority Income Fund, Inc. ("Priority" or the "Fund") announced today that its has declared a bonus distribution of $0.10620 per share of common stock. The bonus distribution is payable on March 28, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2016. This bonus distribution is independent from weekly distributions, which are declared separately. The Fund's annualized distribution rate for Class R shares was 9.77 percent based on an offering price per share of $15.36 as of December 31, 2015.
